Payment methods: Pay Pal, Money Order/Cashiers Check, Visa, Master Card, Discovery.   Customer service & return policy: Satisfaction guaranteed, items can be returned for a refund (minus shipping & handling) within 21 days after the item is delivered.   Shipping: Combine shipping savings. Most parts are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS), larger orders or parts are shipped via UPS or FedEx, all with delivery confirmation or a tracking number. We use USPS for shipments outside of the U.S. and a USPS certificate of shipment is obtained or orders are insured for proof of shipment. Shipping cost are the same as listed in our e-bay store (http://stores.ebay.com/Hoover-Auto-Parts) and we combine shipping.   Prices are subject to change. If the price is different than listed we will contact you when the order is placed.   Most U.S. shipping is around $5.00-$20.00. Large Items (e.g. seat backs) will be higher.
